Islampur, 11th February: Bicycles and iceboxes were provided to 56 fishers of 4 blocks under the Islampur subdivision on behalf of the North Dinajpur District Council. The event was held at the Islampur District-in-council office.
North Dinajpur District-in-council Vice President Farhat Banu, District-in-council member Har Sundar Singha, social worker Javed Akhtar and many other dignitaries were present during the event.
