North Bengal flood caused by Bhutan Rivers: State Irrigation Minister

West Bengal Irrigation Minister Partha Bhowmick is on a two-day tour of three districts of North Bengal, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, and Cooch Behar to review the flood situation. During the visit, the Minister claimed that the region is experiencing floods due to the failure of the Centre to address the issue of floods caused by rivers originating from Bhutan.
