Cooch Behar, 28th March: In view of the nation-wide lockdown, the North Bengal Development Minister decided to provide rice and potatoes to the daily wagers and their families in different areas.
Addressing the media, the minister urged everyone to extend their helping hand towards the needy in such emergencies.
