Siliguri, 22nd April: CPM District Secretary, Saman Pathak, clarified today in a press conference that there is no alliance between Trinamool and CPM in the upcoming Siliguri Bar Association elections.
The elections will be held on April 29th. The Bar Association has traditionally been in the possession of the Left-Congress. Political circles have been speculating about a possible alliance between the Left and Trinamool this time, but Pathak dismissed these speculations as baseless.
