Siliguri, 07th April: Based on a tip-off, the NJP police, on Tuesday, arrested two youths with 16 stolen mobile phones. The arrested accused have been identified as Debashish Das and Toton Mandal.
The police had been receiving allegations of mobile theft near the NJP station area for several days. Following which, the police launched operations and successfully got hold of the two. The duo was produced at the Jalpaiguri court on Wednesday.
