Siliguri, 14th June: The NJP police arrested two more members of a robbers gang from the Goramore area, late Sunday night. The arrested accused have been identified as Bablu Biswas and Bablu Roy.
Incidentally, on June 10, a group of 10-12 miscreants had gathered in the area adjacent to Madani Bazar for the purpose of robbery. The police, based on a tip-off, launched operations and successfully got hold of three members. However, the rest of them managed to escape. Police learned about a few more members by interrogating the arrested individuals. The duo was sent to Jalpaiguri court on Monday.
