Siliguri, 22nd December: NJP police recovered 40 cattle before being smuggled to Bangladesh. Two men, identified as Karan Chauhan and Rafiqul were arrested in the incident.
It has been learned that police raided Fulbari toll gate on Tuesday night and detained two trucks. After searching the vehicle, 40 cattle were recovered. The arrested individuals were produced at Jalpaiguri court on Wednesday.
