Siliguri, 08th August: The NJP police launched operations at the Fulbai Srinagar colony area on Saturday and arrested a youth with 8 kgs of cannabis. The arrested accused has been identified as Jayanta Baidya.
According to police sources, the youth was involved in the illegal business for a long time. The market value of the recovered cannabis is around Rs 64,000. He was produced at the Jalpaiguri court on Sunday.
