Siliguri, 09th June: The NJP Police arrested a person in connection with a burglary at Radha Gobindo Mandir in Surya Sen Colony under NJP police station. The arrested accused has been identified as Rustam. He was sent to Jalpaiguri court on Wednesday.
It is to be noted that a burglary took place on May 29 at the said temple in Suryasen Colony. Police arrested the accused after investigating the incident.
Later, the police were also able to track down Chandan Goala and arrested him on the charge of purchasing stolen materials. The stolen items of the temple were recovered from his possession.
