Siliguri, 21st May: The NJP police arrested 5 people for violating the lockdown rules.
It has been learned that even after the allotted time, shops were spotted open in several places, and gatherings were being held illegally in several places including Gate Bazaar.
The police launched operations and arrested five violators.
