Sensation prevailed after a Sikkim police personnel who was posted in Haiderpur’s water treatment shot dead his three colleagues, on Monday. The accused, Prabin Rai (32), surrendered to the police after the incident. The deceased have been identified as constables Pintso Namgyal Bhutia, Indra Lal Chettri, and Dhan Hang Subba.
As per the recent developments, the accused is said to have shot the three men allegedly over lewd remarks against his wife. This was also apparently causing Rai “mental harassment”. Reports stated that Rai and the other three deceased were posted in the Haiderpur water treatment plant in the Rohini area of Delhi for security by the Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB).
