News Impact: Social worker Debashish Sardar extends help to kidney disease-afflicted Mohammad Aleem in Fulbari

Fulbari, 19th March: Social worker Debashish Sardar extended a helping hand to Mohammad Aleem, battling a complex kidney disease. On Tuesday, the social worker visited Aleem’s residence in Adhikar Pally of Fulbari-I Gram Panchayat (GP) near Sahudangi and provided assistance.


According to reports, the social worker handed over food items along with some money. It has been reported that Mohammad Aleem, who worked as a labourer, fell ill three months ago. The family consists of his elderly sick mother, a wife, and two children. Following treatment, it was discovered that both of his kidneys were damaged. However, due to a lack of funds, the treatment was discontinued after a few days. During this, doctors advised him to undergo kidney transplantation, which required adequate finances. Under the circumstances, his family had appealed for help from the public for his treatment.

After the coverage of the news report, social worker Debashish Sardar came forward to help the distressed family. In this regard, social worker Debashish Sardar stated that he learned about the situation through the news reporting and stepped forward to their help. Notably, Sardar provided the family with one month’s worth of food and finance. Meanwhile, the family was in dire need of help as Aleem’s recovery and rehabilitation were needed.
