Rajganj, 19th February: Dr. Suprakash Roy, after being appointed as the new Chairman of the Siliguri Primary School Parliament stated that initiative will be taken to build a study hall in Siliguri to facilitate primary and secondary school-related activities. He also held discussions with the Education Department officials.
Besides, during a press conference, Roy stated that such an initiative has been taken to improve primary education. A meeting will also be held with the teachers of the schools consisting of very few students to find out ways to increase the number of students.
Games such as Kabaddi and Hadudu will also be introduced in the schools in order to encourage the students to go to school regularly.
