Siliguri, 09th December: Good news for the travellers, within a few days, NBSTC will run buses at low fares from Siliguri to various tourist spots in the hills and Dooars.
NBSTC Chairman Parthapratim Roy inspected NBSTC Depot and Tenzing Norgay bus stand in Siliguri, on Thursday. Discussions were held on how to make profits even while slashing down the ticket prices.
Roy said that a discussion will also be held with the experts associated with tourism. Buses are closed on various routes, which will be re-opened soon. The buses will run from Siliguri to hills as well as Dooars. On the other hand, the number of buses on Gangtok and Darjeeling routes may also be increased.
