Naxalbari, 24th August: The Naxalbari Police Station have arrested a person with a huge amount of narcotics injection. The alleged peddler had been identified as Jhoru Singh (42), a resident of Dakshin Kotia Jote.
Last night, acting on a tip-off, Naxalbari police raided the area adjacent to Atal. During this, a person was arrested with 140 narcotic injections. The market value of which has been estimated at Rs 10,000. A case has been registered against the accused under the NDPS Act and was presented in the Siliguri court on Wednesday.
