Naxalbari, 23rd June: The Naxalbari police arrested four people with a large quantity of cough syrup. The arrested accused have been identified as Deba Roy, Mohammad Nizamul, Mir Miraj Akhtar, and Nitai Chowdhury.
The Naxalbari Police, based on a tip-off, launched operations near Rathkhola Rice mill in Asian Highway-2 and recovered 100 bottles of cough syrup. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
