Naxalbari, 28th February: A free eye check-up camp was organized at the Naxalbari police station premises under the joint venture of the Naxalbari Lions Club and Naxalbari Police Station and also with the collaboration of the Siliguri Lions Netralaya.
A total of 71 people got their eyes examined during the camp. 12 people have been suggested eye cataract surgery and 9 of them were referred to Siliguri Lions Netralaya.
Lion Kaushik Acharya, Lion Narendra Prasad, Lion Prahlad Biswas, Lion Nirmalya Biswas, Lion Shyamal Joardar, Lion Anil Saha and Krishna Das were present during the camp.
