Naxalbari, 03rd January: Naxalbari block BJP submitted a memorandum to Naxalbari BDO in support of a total of 12-point demands including a housing scheme and drinking water service.
Today they reached the BDO office through a rally from Naxalbari, where they protested. Later, a memorandum was also submitted to the BDO. In this regard, BJP Vice President Manoranjan Mandal alleged that names of the underprivileged and people associated with the BJP are being removed from the housing scheme.
BJP leaders have further warned of massive agitation in the coming days if the underprivileged do not get the benefits of the housing scheme.
