Naxalbari, 24th April: In light of the COVID-19 lockdown, the Naxalbari BDO Bapi Dhar extended his helping hand towards the needy.
As per the report, the Naxalbari police registered the names of 200 poor families residing in the Naxalbari gram panchayat area. Based on the information, the BDO and the police officials handed over fish, vegetables, eggs, and hand sanitizers among these poor families in the Naxalbari Satbhaiya area.
Muktak Hossain, an official of the Agriculture Firm of the Panchayat Rural Department stated that the programme was held following the government protocols.
