Siliguri, 03rd January: The posters displaying the words “Bangla Bikolpo Rajneeti” (Bengal’s Alternative Politics) anonymously put up on the walls of several areas have sparked controversy in Siliguri.
According to reports, the posters have been anonymously put up on the walls at Hashmi Chowk (Venus More), Kanchenjunga Stadium, and Hospital More. As a result, a political debate concerning the posters has emerged ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.
In this regard, the rival parties, BJP and TMC, are pointing fingers at each other alleging the other to circulate the posters to create a political rift. Subsequently, the question arises as to who was originally responsible for the posters and the reason behind doing so.
