Siliguri, 10th June: The mysterious death of a woman has surfaced from the North Samarnagar area of Siliguri. The deceased has been identified as Shiuli Chowdhary, a homemaker.
According to reports, Shiuli Chowdhary was married to Narayan Kumar Roy, a resident of the North Samarnagar area of Siliguri in the year 2018. Allegedly, at the start, after the marriage, things were normal, but later, her husband started torturing her physically and mentally. Following this, Shiuli went to her maternal home.
Later, after arbitration meeting, she again returned to her husband’s place. Meanwhile, on Friday night, atrocities allegedly started once again. Subsequently, the family members of Shiuli reached her in-law’s place and the situation turned normal.
Later at night, Shiuli’s family members were called upon by her in-laws. Without delay, they reached the spot and discovered Shiuli Chowdhary being taken in a vehicle, in an unconscious state, to Siliguri District Hospital. Upon reaching the hospital, the doctors declared her brought dead.
Following her death, the family members have alleged murder. Meanwhile, police have initiated an investigation into the entire incident.
