Siliguri, 24th November: 16 trade unions across the country called for a nation-wide general strike on November 26.
MSRU, a union of medical representatives, took to the streets today in support of the strike. A rally commenced in front of Siliguri’s Kanchenjunga Stadium. Ashok Bhattacharya was present in the rally.
