MLA Shankar Ghosh conducts public relations campaign in Siliguri’s Ward No. 46

Siliguri, 29th March: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Shankar Ghosh has intensified his public outreach efforts ahead of the elections. As part of his campaign, he has launched a public relations initiative to directly engage with residents.


On Saturday, MLA Shankar Ghosh commenced his campaign early in the morning in Ward No. 46 of the Siliguri Municipal Corporation (SMC). He began by having tea with party workers and local residents before surveying the ward. During his visit, he interacted with the people and listened to their grievances.

As part of the campaign, MLA Ghosh extended assistance to a specially-abled child. He emphasized that he frequently visits different areas and noted the lack of proper roads in several locations. He assured residents that he would bring the issue to the attention of the concerned authorities.


Residents of Ward No. 46 expressed concerns over the absence of proper roads and drainage facilities, stating that their complaints have long been ignored. On Saturday, the MLA personally visited the affected areas and heard their grievances. He assured the residents that their problems would be addressed.
