Minister Arup Biswas visits the new venue of CM’s meeting

Siliguri, 2nd December: The State Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will stage a rally in Siliguri on Friday to protest against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA) and National Register of Citizens (NRC). Before the rally, she will deliver a speech near the Khudiram statue in Mallaguri. However, due to security reasons, the venue has changed and has been set up in front of the Mainak Tourist Lodge.
Minister Arup Biswas visited the place today. He stated that a huge number of people are expected to join tomorrow’s rally. Besides, the police will be quick to handle the traffic that will be created on the road. The exact time of the rally is not yet known.
