Siliguri, 07th October: The villagers are facing various problems regarding the 100-day work in rural areas. Reportedly, several people are deprived of job cards. Moreover, many people holding the cards are also deprived of jobs.
Hence, a memorandum was submitted to the nodal officer in Siliguri sub-divisional council on behalf of the West Bengal Social Justice Forum.
Kakali Bala, vice-president of the organization, said that the pradhan of rural areas should be made aware of the issue and a solution should be provided soon.
