Siliguri, 10th March: The Bharatiya Railway Mazdoor Sangh and the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh handed over a memorandum to the railway officials demanding the re-establishment of a Railway Protection Force (RPF) camp at Siliguri Town Station.
As the Siliguri Town Station is deprived of proper security arrangements, anti-social activities are on the rise in the station premises.
The Bharatiya Railway Mazdoor Sangh and the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh issued a memorandum to the Railway ADRM demanding immediate set up of an RPF camp. They warned of staging larger demonstrations if their demands are not met soon.
