Kaliaganj, 17th February: A meeting was held at the Kaliyaganj municipality office regarding the arrangements for the North Dinajpur District Book Fair which will be held from March 1. The meeting commenced under the leadership of the Joint Secretaries of the District Book Fair Keya Chowdhury and Kartik Pal.
According to sources, the North Dinajpur District Book Fair will be held at the Kaliyaganj Parbati Sundari High School premises, which will be inaugurated by the Transport Minister Shubendu Adhikari. 11 sub-committees have been formed under the main committee to make this fair a success.
The meeting was attended by co-mentor of the District-in-Council Asim Ghosh, Chairman of Raiganj Central Cooperative Bank Tilak Chowdhury, Vice-chairman of the municipality Basanta Roy, Swapan Sarkar, Nitai Vaishya and many other dignitaries.
