Phansidewa, 20th August: Doctors and medical staff of the Phansidewa Rural Hospital took to the streets to call for justice for the R.G. Kar incident.
According to reports, GNM, ANM, ASHA workers, and D-group employees marched from the hospital, passing the BDO office and the local market, before returning to the hospital. The protestors raised slogans demanding death penalty for the accused and immediate arrest of others involved in the incident.
