Siliguri, 22nd March: Ahead of the 2026 elections, the Trinamool Congress has initiated a public relations campaign. As part of this, Siliguri Mayor Gautam Deb launched the ‘Manusher Kache Cholo’ program in Ward No. 20.
Deputy Mayor Ranjan Sarkar, MMIC Dulal Dutta, Borough Chairperson Mili Seal Sinha, and other Trinamool leaders accompanied Mayor Gautam Deb during the program. On Saturday, the Mayor interacted with the residents of the area.
Addressing the initiative, Mayor Gautam Deb clarified that the program is not election-related. He stated that the objective is to connect with people at different times and understand their concerns. He added that he visited Ward No. 20 to assess any issues faced by the residents.
