Siliguri, 16th October: The Siliguri Cricket Lovers Welfare Organization has been demanding an international level cricket stadium for a long time.
A mass signature campaign will be held in this regard starting tomorrow until Durga Puja. The campaign will be held in front of Siliguri’s Kanchenjunga Stadium. Later, the banner will be sent to the State Chief Minister.
Manoj Verma, on behalf of the Siliguri Cricket Lovers Welfare Organization, said that there is only one playground in the entire city. The absence of proper cricket infrastructure adds to the problem. The organization urged all to come forward and sign the banner.
