Kumargram, 13th February: A decomposed body of a person has been recovered from the Charaimahal area of Bhalka Barobisha 2 Gram Panchayat of Kumargram block. The deceased has been identified as Abraham Tudu (50), a resident of Telipara in Kamrup district of Assam.
According to sources, the locals sighted the body in the bushes near the Charaimahal area, on Wednesday morning and reported the incident to the Police. Upon receiving the news, the Barobisha Police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it for an autopsy.
The locals have primarily assumed that he was murdered and thrown into the bushes. The Police are further investigating the incident.
