Bagdogra, 06th February: A tragic incident unfolded where a man riding a motorcycle was killed after being hit by a passenger bus at the Bihar More in Bagdogra. However, the identification of the deceased individual has not yet been ascertained.
According to reports, the passenger bus travelling from Panitanki of Kharibari accidentally knocked the two-wheeler causing severe injuries to the rider. Consequently, the individual succumbed to his injuries. Meanwhile, the passenger bus fled the scene.
After the fatal accident, the matter was reported to the Bagdogra police station. The police officers promptly arrived at the scene, recovered the body, and initiated an investigation to apprehend the bus driver.
