Siliguri, 16th January: In spite of being bereaved, a social worker extended a helping hand to the needy and poor people in memory of his late wife.
Kavita Pal, wife of Nimai Pal, a resident of Haiderpara Tek of Siliguri and a member of the Hyderpara Vyavasayi Samiti, passed away last Sunday following an illness. Kavita always assisted her husband in the social service related works. She wanted to help the poor and the needy people of the society as much as possible.
So, in memory of his wife, Nimai Pal handed over fruits to the team of Siliguri Unique Foundation, which would be passed on to the poor and needy children through the members of the Foundation.
