Siliguri, 09th April: As the election date is approaching nearer, the electioneering of various political parties is increasing. Candidates are approaching the public to vote in favor of their party.
Reportedly, Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate Om Prakash Mishra from the Siliguri assembly constituency, while campaigning in Ward No. 28 under Siliguri Municipal Corporation, said that ‘Mamata Express’ will run on May 02 with a reserve bogie for people of Siliguri. During the campaign, he said ‘Banglai Darkar Mamata Sarkar’ (People of Bengal want Mamata’s Government).
It is to be noted, Om Prakash Mishra has campaigned 2-4 times in the said ward. He further visited Bidhan Market to campaign accompanied by TMC candidate Goutam Deb from the Dabgram-Fulbari assembly constituency. While campaigning he interacted with the traders of the said market and requested to vote in favour of the TMC party. He claimed to get positive responses from the people.
