Kharibari, 20th February: The Kharibari Block Trinamool Congress Kisan Khet Mazdoor on behalf of Lok Shilpi staged a Maha Rally, in Kharibari, today, protesting against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019 (CAA), the National Register of Citizens (NRC), and the National Population Register (NPR).
A large number of activists were present on this occasion including Chhotan Kisku, the District President of Kisan Khet Mazdoor, Hiranmay Roy, the President of the Kharibari Trinamool Congress, Satya Kumar Singh, the Block President of the Kharibari Kisan Khet Mazdoor, and the Presidents of all the four Zones. The rally commenced from the party office and toured the various routes.
