Leopard trapped in cage in Bhatpara Tea Garden

Alipurduar, 24th April: A leopard was successfully trapped in a cage installed by the Forest Department. Tea garden workers who arrived to work in Section No. 23 of Bhatpara Tea Garden spotted the trapped leopard this afternoon and immediately reported the sighting to the Forest Department. Upon receiving the news, forest personnel from Pana Mobile Range swiftly arrived at the location and rescued the trapped leopard, subsequently transporting it to Rajabhatkhawa.
