Naxalbari, 22nd April: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) celebrated the 154th birth anniversary of Lenin by organizing a rally in Naxalbari, followed by wreath-laying at the Lenin statue, and concluded with a path meeting. The event was attended by members of the Naxalbari Area Committee and Local Committee.
During the program, Goutam Ghosh, CITU District Secretary, highlighted the recent vandalism of the Lenin statue and accused the BJP of executing the incident. He expressed concern over the repeated attacks on the Communist Party and Lenin statues across the country, including in Tripura. Ghosh reiterated the party’s commitment to continue the fight against such actions.
