Naxalbari, 17th January: The Jawans of the D Company and E Company of the 41st Battalion of the SSB, under the leadership of Assistant Commandant Ravi Teja and Inspector Vivek Kumar, along with the Police under the Naxalbari Police Station conducted a joint raid operation in Lalijote and seized a large number of foreign goods.
6 people have also been arrested in connection with the incident. The arrested individuals and the confiscated goods have been handed over to the Panitanki Customs. The value of the seized goods has been estimated to be 80 lakh rupees.
