In view of the Coronavirus outbreak, the KS Group arranged free petrol for the ambulances carrying patients infected with COVID-19.
As per the report, the service will be available in all the petrol pumps under the KS Group. The company has decided to provide services in all the districts.
Kajal Sarkar, the owner of the company stated that they own petrol pumps in several places, including Shiv Mandir and Siliguri Junction. These petrol pumps will also remain operational to provide free petrol to the ambulances.
Sarkar further stated that food items have been arranged for daily wagers. They are free to collect the eatables during the entire lockdown period. Besides, if an individual needs emergency food items, he/she can buy it from the pumps.
