Alipurduar, 06th February: ISRO’s Space on Wheels mobile bus, in collaboration with Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM), visited Khirerkote High School on Thursday to inspire and educate students about space and India’s achievements in space exploration.
The arrival of the mobile exhibition generated great enthusiasm among the students, offering them a chance to learn about ISRO’s significant milestones and cutting-edge technology. The exhibition featured various models and displays, showcasing India’s iconic space missions such as Mangalyaan and Chandrayaan.
Jagdish Roy, Chairman of the Operation Committee of Khirerkote High School, along with Assistant Principal Akash Bhagat and Joint Secretary of the Golden Jubilee Celebration Committee Kanu Sarkar, were present during the event.
The Space on Wheels initiative aims to spark interest in space science among students by bringing ISRO’s achievements closer to them through interactive displays and models.
