Kharibari, 03rd November: In preparation for the upcoming Chhath Puja, the Kharibari Chhath Puja Committee has distributed offerings to Chhath devotees.
On Sunday, the committee provided clothing and prayer items to 125 devotees. Among those present were Kharibari Gram Panchayat Pradhan Parimal Chandra Singh, Bharat Jaiswal, social worker Ganesh Debnath, Badal Sarkar, and other committee members.
Committee member Abdes Jaiswal mentioned that for nearly 15 years, they have been conducting this initiative before Chhath Puja. As in previous years, they distributed clothing and worship items to the devotees ahead of the festival.
