Siliguri,28th May:The Siliguri police commissionerate has been launching continuous operations to make Siliguri a drug free place.
Accordingly, the Khalpara outpost police, on Thursday, launched operations at the residence of drug kingpin Mohammad Tamanna in Siliguri’s Goalpatti area.
Three people were arrested with 24 kgs of cannabis. The arrested accused have been identified as Khairulnisha Bibi, Payel Khatun and Mohammad Jahangir. They will be produced at Siliguri court on Friday. The Police have learned that they have been dealing in cannabis for a long time.
