Siliguri, 24th August: Junior doctors at North Bengal Medical College and Hospital (NBMCH) staged a protest demanding strict punishment for those involved in the R.G. Kar Medical College incident. The protest, held on Saturday afternoon, saw participation from junior doctors of NBMCH, Dental College, Paramedical College, and Nursing College.
The protest march began from the super specialty block of NBMCH, moved through the college premises, and concluded in front of the emergency department. The doctors voiced their concerns and sought immediate action against the culprits.
