Siliguri, 19th April: Jewellery worth lakhs of rupees were burgled from a house in Dabagram-02 South Shanti Nagar area, on Sunday night.
As per the report, burglars entered the house from the roof and looted jewellery worth lakhs of rupees along with a television set and household goods. The incident came to light after the owner of the house, Dhananjay Sarkar, returned home on Monday morning and found his house in a ransacked condition. Following the incident, a complaint was lodged to the police
As soon as the news was received, the police reached the spot and have started investigating the incident.
