Siliguri, 03rd January: The 8th ISKF National Karate Championship 2023 will be organized on January 07 and 08 at Siliguri Terai School Ground. Today, the members of the organization gave information regarding it by holding a press conference at Siliguri Journalists Club.
As per the statement, along with West Bengal, competitors from 7 states namely Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Odisha, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh will participate in this championship. Apart from this, 250 competitors from different districts of West Bengal will participate in the championship. 50 referees from the Karate Federation will officiate the two-day game.
Furthermore, the championship will be graced by Sensei Mutum Bankim singh, chief of ISKF India and Siliguri Mayor Goutam Deb who will be present as the Chief Guest. Member of the organization Piyush Kanti Barman added that food and lodging will be provided free of cost to the people travelling from outside.
