Instructions to not set up shops at Fair in Jangli Baba Temple issued

Siliguri, 20th February: Shivratri is celebrated with much enthusiasm in the Jangli Baba Temple near Bagdogra, every year. A fair is also organized in the temple premises during the occasion, but, the forest department has issued a directive to not set up shops in the fair, this year. The local shopkeepers are quite worried about this directive from the forest department. They stated that they had bought goods for the fair by borrowing money from other people and if no shops are allowed in the fair then they will not be able to pay off their debts.
