Siliguri, 15th August: The 75th Independence Day was celebrated at the Commissionerate office on behalf of the Siliguri Metropolitan Police. Commissioner Gaurav Sharma hoisted the national flag. Police officials presented a guard of honour to the commissioner.
Following this, Commissioner Gaurav Sharma inspected the parade ground. The commissioner also felicitated the ITBP jawans for their good work. DCP, ACP, and other police officers of Siliguri Metropolitan Police were present at the programme.
