Sonada/Darjeeling, 25th July: Sonada’s market remained completely closed today due to the Two-Days-A-Week lockdown called by the West Bengal government.
Led by Bandana Pradhan, In-Charge of Sonada Police Outpost, strict police surveillance is being carried out in the area jointly with the SI Phurba Pakhrin and Traffic In-Charge Uttam Sarki.
Police are conducting various Naka checking and holding any vehicles plying on the road, other than the essential services.
