Siliguri, 28th November: A health check-up and free vaccination camp were organized by the Jain Social Welfare Society with the assistance of Siliguri Municipal Corporation.
It has been learned that the camp was organized at Rajendra Prasad School in Ward no-06, on Sunday. Hundreds of people in the camp underwent sugar, blood pressure, hemoglobin, and eye check-up. In addition, the first and second doses of the COVID vaccine were given to 600 people with the assistance of SMC. BoA Member Ranjan Sarkar and others were present at the camp.
In this regard, the president of the organization Bacharaj Bothra said ”In collaboration with various organizations in Siliguri, health check-up camp was organized and arrangements were made to provide vaccinate 600 people. Our goal is to serve needy people. Hence such an initiative was taken.”
