Alipurduar, 10th April: The situation at Mairardanga Goppu Memorial High School in Falakata has become increasingly concerning in recent days.
In this school, the headmaster is now doing not only academic work, but also administrative and other duties. He opens the school lock in the morning, rings the bell, handles documents, and also manages other tasks.
Reportedly, after the Supreme Court’s decision, one teacher and three Group D employees of Falakata-based Mairardanga Goppu Memorial High School have lost their jobs. The number of students in the school is two thousand two hundred.
Reportedly, Feroz Khan, the headmaster of the school, has to run from one class to another to open the school lock, ring the bell, or give necessary notices.
Sources revealed that out of the total 38 teachers in the school, one math teacher has lost his job. Additionally, three Group D employees have left their jobs. The rest of the school is worried with four employees losing their jobs at once.
